On Feb 26, 2000 Kadi Thingvall suffered the loss of her house because of a fire. During attempts to get to the back door firemen tore down a section of her fencing to the back yard, where Banzaii her young Malinois, was loose. Banzaii took off in panic during the confusion and has not to date been recovered. Kadi offered, and still does, a large reward for the return of Banzaii but, many months have passed with no word of additional sightings, other then those during the first few of days.
Kadi uses and advocates permanent ID procedures for all dogs and thanks to her generosity our rescue dogs have benefited. Kadi donated funds to be used specifically for permanently IDing Malinois processed through the ABMR rescue program. You can insure that this program continues with a contribution to the Banzaii Permanent ID Fund.
