Hunter 18 Month Old Neutered Male in South Carolina

Hunter here…you made it to the H’s. I tried to bribe the ABMR admin to list me as A HUNTER but she said no, that it was not allowed.  Rats! So here I am in the middle of the alphabet. I already know that I like YOU because you made it this far through all of the other “cousin” malinois. You are quite persistent and I like you already.   Did they get my good side in these photos?  I am like Mariah Carey and my left side is the best.  I know you are busy with clicking through so many dogs so allow me to give you the rundown on my incredible personality. Here is the good, the less good, and the ugly.

The Good:

Young, neutered, housebroken (you’re welcome), HW negative (ABMR always says yippee! when they hear this), good with dogs, good with older/considerate kids that understand a big dog, good with adults, likes to talk (let me tell you my stories), good in the moving couch (AKA car), plays fetch, obedient, playful, affectionate, eager to please, intelligent (if I do say so myself), even tempered, gentle, big/loud goofy guy that barks in excitement, leash trained, crate trained. I know the following commands: wait, rest, load up, get in, get out, get off, lie down, sit, easy, that will do, quiet. Quite the big list of good isn’t it?

The Less Good:

Not a fan of cats and I will stalk them. They have a weird agenda so I would quietly follow them to see what they are up to.  Sensitive stomach so I like to eat the same type of food vs. changing it. Hey, are there any gluten free or lactose intolerant people out there? You understand & we are like twins.

The Ugly:

My favorite things:

Running laps in a fenced in back yard either by myself or with another dog.  Balls, soft toys, antlers, HUMANS ( I love you all!).  I love to use my nose and would love to bond with someone who will take me to Nosework, Barnhunt or Tracking classes!

My dream family would have:

 A sister?  I would love a sister dog to play with.  Since I am so charismatic and friendly I would like you to be around when first introducing me to dogs. I am so excited to play and am so happy when I am allowed to play with other dogs that I don’t want them to misinterpret my exuberant personality.  An active family.  I am really a soft dog, but I am young and I would love to join you on your adventures.  A fenced in yard! I like to sometimes hide my toys in the secret underground compartments so those shifty cats do not steal them.

I am ready and have been waiting for you.  Are you my person?
