Roger is a handsome and healthy 1.5 year old boy (born in February of 2019). He was surrendered to ABMR due to his owner lacking the time and experience that he needed and deserved. Possibly they were in a little over their head with this breed. Cannot be considered for a long transport  Florida or South Georgia only.  

That said, Roger is a lot of dog, he is doing well in his training but can be sensitive to correction. He would do best with an experienced owner in a home with no children. Roger has a great personality and wants to be included in all aspects of your life. He will sleep in bed with you if invited (just kidding, he is going to get in bed invited or not). He is dog friendly and does well with the foster's 3 pups and at the local dog park.  Roger would do great with an active owner. He has a high ball drive and loves to fetch. As with any dog, a fenced yard is good, but he is doing very well with his training (on and off leash). 

Roger is a confident dog, housebroken, crate trained, and doesn't react to thunder or loud noises.
