Foxy is a spunky 2 year old pocket Malinois.  She is a tiny 39lbs. currently located in Ohio.  

She came into the shelter after the family only had her 4 days so not much is known about her past.

She is very affectionate and wants nothing more than to cuddle with her human and preferably a male human.  This little girl prefers men.  So guys, if you are looking for a loyal companion that will make you the center of her world, this girl is for you.  She warms up to women but if there are men around, she is all about the men.

She loves to ‘collect’ possessions of her human and lay with them.  It seems to comfort her.  She loves to lie at your feet or snuggle on the couch to watch TV if you let her.  She makes toys out of just about anything.  We are guessing she didn’t have a lot of real dog toys in her previous life.

She is very bright, loves to please and is food motivated so learns quickly.  She is also very toy motivated and absolutely loves her ball.

She is unsure of new people but warms up quickly.  She is startled by quick movements so little humans would be a bit much for her to handle so she will not be placed in a home with small children.

She gets along with other dogs. She has a lot of prey drive so would not be a good fit for a family with cats or small animals.

She gets anxious when left alone so would do best in a home where she will not be left for long periods of time.
