Skye is a young female that is needing an active home. She LOVES to play ball and go swimming. She's a good girl on car rides, will kennel up and goes outside to potty. She will need someone to teach her how to give more obvious potty alerts as she's a very subtle girl. Gets along with both male and female dogs as long as they are confident. The foster report card is below:

Skye is a fun-loving, all-in, ready for an adventure girl. BALL is her love language and will pounce & bounce to herself if no one else is available. She is reactive to unfamiliar dogs. A calm “That’s a friend.” has been effective. She will pull on a leash, but a pinch collar is breaking that habit. Skye loves to swim & has been dock diving. She picked up on that very quickly. From the behaviors exhibited during fostering, scent work, obedience, agility, dock diving are all potential careers for this bouncy girl. She can be possessive of her people & food. Mostly she is a happy, active, leap first then look, sort of girl ready for her forever home.

Obedience Training: Basics – yes, Now ready for more advanced

Exercise needs: Daily, 30 – 60 minutes at least

Owner experience – Breed

Reaction to new people: “You are my new best friend”

Reaction to new dogs: Mixed responses. Scared or shy dogs brings out a defense mode. Confident dogs are greeted with a “YO!”

Crate Training: Car - excellent, House - a work in progress, extra door clips needed for this escape artist.
